Petoskey — Main Office McLaren Medical Office Building 560 W Mitchell St Ste 505 Petoskey, MI 49770 Hours - by appointment only Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Office is closed on weekends and all major holidays We are located in the McLaren Medical Office Building, east of McLaren-Northern Michigan Hospital. Our building entrance is to the right of the Offield Family Pavilion (McLaren Hospital) main entrance.  Take the elevators to the 5th floor and we are the first waiting room off the elevator.  Our registration staff are located on the left side of the waiting room.
